A Touch of Color

Well, here we are in mid-January...a dreary month at times.
I have always liked to surround myself with bright touches of color during winter's dark days.

Here, in the south West, ice pansies are made available , and I always like to dress up my barren outdoor  pots with them.
Here are some just outside my studio door.

I do know that it may be quite some time for many of you before you can place plants outdoors.
I remember that I always loved seeing the available primroses in small pots that were available pretty much every where. So, I always treated myself to a few. The colors are vibrant and cheery, and lend a bright note to an otherwise dreary day.
